How do I place an ad in the program?To place an ad for a business, please complete the
business ad form and email your graphics. To place a congratulatory ad for a student or our school, please complete the congratulatory ad form and communicate with our office about which photo you would like to use in the ad. Hyde Park Union Church 5600 South Woodlawn Ave. Chicago, IL 60637 (One block south of HPSI) Concert Dress Code Girls White Dress Blouses, Long Sleeves. No short sleeves, no tank tops and no colored trim or decorations. Long, Black Skirts (below the knee). Black Dress Slacks only. Black dress shoes. No Denim, Jeans, Corduroy or Gym shoes. Boys White Dress Shirts with neck ties. Long sleeves. No short sleeves, no tank tops and no colored trim or decorations. Long, Black dress pants. Shorts unacceptable. Black Dress shoes. No gym shoes.
