5% Discount for Current and Returning Students Only. Register and pay in full for upcoming term (not including summer term) during published dates and receive a 5% tuition discount. Discount does not apply to classes, study of second instruments, adult lessons or cello and viola. You may only register for the upcoming term if past due balances are paid current. See our calendar for dates.
Your Lesson Time - Current Students
You can reserve a timeslot for your private lesson for the 2011-2012 school year when your past due balances are paid current and you register and make a payment (either in full or a first installment). Current or returning students can register early (during published early registration dates). Those paying on installment plans do not receive the 5% discount, however, enrolling early improves the chance that you will receive or keep your desired lesson time.
Lesson scheduling begins with a clean slate at the beginning of the school year. Lesson time slots are reserved on a 1st come 1st served basis. Previous and summer lesson times are not carried through to the new school year.
You must register to secure a lesson time for the upcoming term. Scheduling of private lessons will be done through the HPSI office only, so make sure to reserve a space on your teacher's schedule when you register, whether in person or by phone. SCHEDULING DONE DIRECTLY WITH THE PRIVATE TEACHER IS UNOFFICIAL AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. If you have a tight schedule, please register as soon as possible to ensure that we can accommodate your needs. You may only register for the next term if past due balances are paid current.
Private lessons are Monday through Thursday, 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Saturdays, 8 am to 5 pm when the instructor and space are available.
